i dont think my heart has stopped racing all day.. i feel sick and all i want to do is throw up in hopes it'll make my stomach stop hurting. i hate anxiety. i just want to sleep forever, but my brain keeps me awake all night. this shit wont stop and i dont even know whats causing it. ack!

i have the same problem... especially at night... i just can't get to sleep cuz i can't stop my brain from freakin out and it sucks : (
