There is an annual art and craft street show just down the street from Rich's house. I missed it last year, but this year I went, and there are some pretty cool pieces that I thought deserve some sort of lj-cut posting.

So I came in late to work today because I went to get the Drivers License. Of course, the DMV doesn't offer "out of business" hours... so I rolled in @ about 11:30 am... which means I can't leave until 19:30pm... and then I have a 1 hour wait because the next train is not until 20:35 which means that I get home roughly at 21:27. today was one of those days where everything is due, everything is expected, and somehow, not much gets accomplished.

I barely made it, but I passed!!!

And I also got frocked, which means that I completed a leadership course, and I am now officially and by all laws known to the U.S. Navy, a Petty Officer Third Class. Or in more laymen's terms, I am at the bottom of mid-management.

I am no longer the bottom of the totem pole! :)
