Halloween decorations and the chess game of doom!!

I'm trying desperately to decorate the house so that kids might actually come for candy. Tom said he only got one kid last year... which is just not okay as far as I'm concerned. He lives in a townhome area that is full of boring retired people who don't bother turning their lights on, so if he's the only one with a porch light on, I presume kids ( Read more... )

Take some pictures when you get it decorated. What do you think I should be for halloween... strawberry shortcake or rainbow bright?

I absolutely love the way you guys are playing chess like that. It's such a nerdy and adorably cute thing to do. lol.

And YAY for you making a post new neighbor to the north. I could probably drive to MN in not too much time, huh?

Hehe, yeah I think it's my move. Forgot to make one yesterday. The hunt continues.

And totally, you are more than welcome to come up and visit. It took me about 22 hours to drive out here from Cali, so I can't imagine it'd take that long for you. I'm about a 6-8 hour drive from the edge of Wisconsin. Not sure entirely how far that makes you :).
