[ emony is one of the rare individuals not affected by this odd behavior defect (or so she perceives it to be so) and pauses at house #12 after catching sight of the excessive knitting. the woman doing the knitting isn't someone she recognizes, so she can't say for sure whether this sudden affinity for yarn is normal or not, but that's not about to stop her from approaching and indulging her curiosity. ]

Mind if I ask what you're knitting?

[Judith looks up at the voice, spotting an unfamiliar woman there, then glances down at her work.] I'm really not sure. I just started knitting and thought I'd let the wool decide.

[Though in all honesty she's never knitted before in her life, so it'll probably end up a bunch of knots.]

[Yuri had been out for a few hours, which really isn't anything too unusual, and is just coming back to the house now.

... Except he's carrying an armload of books for some reason. Hm.

Regardless of that, when he catches sight of Judith, he can't help but stop and stare. Experiment or not, that is just ... way too weird.]

[Oh psh, there is totally nothing weird about some guy who hates books and reading walking around with a bunch of books D| But ... 'dear'? What. Not like that should be too weird to hear, all things considered, but it does cause a few gears to stop turning for a second or two. But alright, he'll just ... step up onto the porch then.]

Once he comes closer she does lift her head, and at the same time lifts her knitting attempt, messy and lackluster as it is.]

[Repede is exiting the house, unfazed by the odd sight of all the laundry in the house...then again, he's unfazed by a lot of things. Maybe someone got bored of the same old and felt like changing things up...kind of like Judith's clothes. And...what is she doing with those sticks in her hands and that piece of cloth? Time to come over and investigate.]

[Judith glances over as he approaches, hands pausing in her work. Then, she smiles, patting the side of her chair to encourage him to come closer.] Hello, Repede. You look a little confused.

[Cause you're doing confusing things Judith. Approach he does, giving the pup a greeting as he comes closer. Have a headtilt as he's unsure what to make of the change in Judith's appearance.]

[Judith hums idly, giving Repede's head a quick scratch before getting back to her knitting.] ...You'd look sweet in a sweater too, wouldn't you, Repede? I could have it match Yuri's.
