I made dinner for the roommies yesterday. I made chicken parmigiana and broccoli with a lemon butter sauce. IT WAS FUCKING BOMB! I cant wait to make next weeks dinner. Its a toss up b/t beef stew and marinated Flank Stake with scalloped potatoes.
