"Thanks, Katsuya." She's lying on the couch, indeed, with her feet propped up. She accepts the bowl and grimaces as the first spoonful goes down.
"It... it's not bad," she says, quickly, with a little sputtery laugh, "just... you know."

"If you can't eat much now, there's more for later. Don't push yourself."
