Ariel, if you gave someone your homework willingly, there is no way to prove that you weren't helping someone to cheat. So you're going to be forced. I think having the attitude of "I won't allow it" will be like taking 1 step forward, 3 steps back.

Just deal with the detention and think a little more before you give your homework to someone.
