I keep getting requests for a referral program or a frequent buyer program.  But I have NO IDEA how to go about it

I like buy ten get the 11th for half, as long as it doesn't have to all be ordered at once (for example, I could buy 2 diapers at a time five times, and I could buy my 11th diaper at that time or the following order for the discount, tho that would require a record be kept of what people have ordered).

I think possibly for every X amount of $ spent you get X.. but I dont know what X and X should be ;) Maybe like 5% off your next order once you've spent say $100? or free embroidery.. free something. *shrug* Id be game for free embroidery myself ;)
