I have heard a millions times were are only as good as our last mistake.  Most of the time people only remember your mistakes or how things have gone wrong.  Mostly I think because anger and disapointment can invoke much stronger emotions than good feelings.

So I thought about this and it has been on my mind a lot because of a current shipping ( Read more... )

I said it to you this morning in the cd community, but I'll say it again here: you are awesome to deal with. When there is a mistake, you make it right, and then some--no questions asked. Amazing customer service. I can see how you'd be overwhelmed by the volume of business you're doing. I hope you can find a way to make this all manageable.

I know my friend placed an order in there, and a couple of those pockets were being split off to me, I'm sure i speak for both of us when i say, I wish you the best in this trying time, wish healing and strength for your family members, and look forward to the order... whenever it gets to us :)

Yes, Exactly what she said. Diapers can wait... especially in times like this. Do my/our order last if you must. I know it was a bigger one and I'm so greatful that you let me order that volume to begin with.

Take care of you and yours!

Just as a random suggestion, I would much rather a retailer roll the cost of insurance into the shipping/handling cost without making it an option for me. It does annoy me when I get told that it's optional and if I don't use it the seller takes no responsibility because, frankly, insurance protects the seller more than the buyer for exactly the reason you mentioned - it costs you time and money and reputation to have to replace things. If I don't get my package and you (not YOU you, generic you) can't prove to me that you sent it, insurance or not, I'm going to contest the charge with Paypal or my credit card, and unless you can prove that I got it, they're almost certainly going to rule in my favor. Another random suggestion is that for items over a certain dollar amount you use Fedex or UPS which have insurance built into the price.

I hope your family is OK and quickly on the mend, good luck!

I do admit that on smaller packages it saves money to use USPS for sure. On larger orders UPS is a good option. Though I am not used to using them at all. Good suggestions all together. And I do totally agree with everything you have said. It is good for all.

And thankyou for your warm wishes.

Hey Summer, I'm so sorry you have all this going on! I sent you an email about my June custom order, just leaving a comment here to cover my buns in case it goes to your spam folder again.
