We did some testing back in late November on some mama pads I have been working on.  I took the feedback I got back and made them three time more absorbent, a little more narrow through the thighs and adjusted the snap placement.  We also switched to mainly flannel.  The absorbent part of the pad is organic cotton that has been quilted for comfort
