Mister Summerby,
I am truly sorry to hear that. I would be willing to let you leave, but I cannot however allow you without a signed note from a parent or equivalent guardian. Have your parents owl me and I will set up a Portkey for you.
Why didn't you say anything before? How in the world are any of us supposed to help you if you don't let us? Way to go on making me feel like a heartless bitch now, Summerby. Why didn't you mention this when we FIRST started arguing, BEFORE it escalated all over the journals? Now there's no way I can break it off with you because you're going through this and I feel more caged in than ever and will there ever be an end to this, or are we going to have an endless vicious circle of you doing something to piss me off, me calling you out on it, and you getting me to feel sorry for you?Why don't you tell me anything? Why do you always pull things out of the blue like this? It isn't fair! It's just - not fair. If I didn't know any better - I'd say you are being utterly caustic and I LOATHE you. Fortunately, I do know better.
I'm sorry, though. My parents are seperated, and while it wasn't messy at all - I can understand what it's like. Is there anything I can do?

Elz,
I'm sorry I didn't tell you. But there is something I want to talk to you about. I know you don't fancy me and I'd rather it if we were just friends instead of in a relationship that neither of us want.

You're breaking up with me -- Over the journals. And you want us to remain friends?
You fucking pillock, divorce or no divorce.
Fine.
But don't speak to me. I'm not sure I can handle friends right now. You've been abusing me these past few days and acting like a total git - and now, you decide to tell everyone, "Oh, my parents are getting divorced" - which is, yes, awful - but then right afterwards, when despite being upset with you, I put that aside and ask you sincerely if there's anything I can do for you, you break up with me. And you don't even have the guts or decency to do it face to face.
And THE WHOLE TIME ALL I'VE BEEN DOING IS FEELING GUILTY - AND IT ISN'T FAIR!

My parents don't own an owl, so I'll have to use one of the school owls first for them to reply with.
