K so i finally figured out how amazing a water balloon launcher can be. Last night around midnight we decided to not be so bored and go launch these baloons at my friends house, and we did. It was great fun and loud as fuck! We first launched it at the crazy guy across the streets house but he didnt wake up so we moved on to my friends. Uh this
