racquetball is my new favorite hobby. hilary just taught me how to play yesterday and its super fun. we're members of bally's and the one closest to our house doesn't have courts so we have to trek on up to northeast philly but its definitely worth it. i could make a comment about how traveling north of south st is such a hassle but only philly ( Read more... )

How's Hooters. I understand they have yummy buffalo wing sauce but I feel like patronizing them would be like shopping at Walmart. My daughter tried to get a job there and they told her she would have to remove her tongue piercing because they are a family establishment. That is such bull since what they are really about is tits and ass for hetero guys. Or at least it seems that way to me.

Thank you for your thoughful response. I had an argument about this issue with one of my co-workers and she had nothing to say that would challenge my view. You have given me some food for thought. I am now very curious about investigating what the Hooters here in Burlington is really like. Their radio spots play up the sex part with innuendo and don't mention the family atmosphere but that may be due the fact that they are on 99.9 the Buzz, a station that I feel is for more mature listeners.

its very possible that hooters in burlington will be received as some kind of strip club or a place to just go check out boobies because the culture there is so different. that would be a shame....

racquetball's friggin' awesome. I've only played with other people a handful of times, but it's so much fun, it's ridiculous. and I'm glad work is going well for you.
