it sounds so disappointing that the staff is so verbally abusive. i feel so sad for the girls. you are probably doing a great job at contributing to the positive aspects of the girls' days.

you will find your place in the world...sometimes it takes a while. you are strong and you can do this!

Well babes...that does sound somewhat down. But on the positive side, this may just be the place where YOU can make your mark!

I love you and am proud of you no matter what you do!

I am hoping that you stick with it...for several reasons. One being that you are a leader. If these people see you doing the positive things for these girls...then maybe they will pick up on it and begin to change their ways.......and two being, because I want you working with kids JUST LIKE ME! Tee hee.............I know with all my heart that you can make a difference in the lives of these kids. You can relate to younger kids with such ease...that I am sure they are starving for your attention. DON"T give it up yet. What you're doing is real....and will be appreciated and noticed. Hang in there...
