this weekend contains the first tasty burger off my grill, some declicious water ice and a phillies game.

the bad news...i'm realizing how much philly has charmed me and i'm gonna miss it here a lot.

the good news...we got the second house. the one with the porch/finished basement. i'm so friggin excited. yet so friggin stressed.

The second house......sweet!!!!!! I am so excited for you all to be in a house and out of an apartment. The dogs will especially love to romp around. Yippyyyyy....stressfull, YES. Nothing is easy about moving...but keep reminding yourself....It's an another adventure to add to the list.

Renovations start here tomorrow...during my spring break...which sucks, but at least they're finally starting. I have been boxing and moving furniture.
