Title: Forbidden Flame (Part 6)
Pairing: HanHae
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Donghae was just a plaything who was bought to please. And it's not even fun when he falls for the one who paid to keep him, who also vowed never to love.

“Oh god-Hangeng-“

Donghae panted. He threw his head back and gripped onto the sheets around him, holding on for dear life. His back ached as it was bowed in a pretty uncomfortable fashion. His knees were almost touching his face, hands gripped either side of his thigh, and Donghae decided he couldn’t care much about the ache as he shuddered with each hard thrust into him. The pleasure was blinding as it brought him to places he’d only been to with Hangeng.

“UGH-“

The grunt of contentment was from both men as they climaxed together. Hangeng collapsed onto the other man as he caught his breath. He felt a hand coming up to stroke his head and he swallowed tightly at the dryness in his throat. A few more gulps of air later, Hangeng placed his palms flat on the bed and pushed himself away, flopping onto his back beside Donghae. He caught sight of the other’s hands trying to reach out before quickly recoiling.

The sudden urge to grab onto those hands and pull that body to him puzzled Hangeng, very much.

A sudden movement made him turned his head and he felt himself grow a little concern, just a little, when the other turned on his side, back facing him, and coiled his body up into fetal position. He blinked in consideration. Sighing inwardly, Hangeng got out of bed even as his limbs protested and made his way to the bathroom.

Donghae bit his lip as he tried to hold back his sobs. He had no idea what was wrong with him, but something in Hangeng’s eyes a few minutes ago told him something he’d trusted the other would never feel towards him. He doesn’t know what else he was hoping for. Never knows… It wasn’t a hidden fact that Hangeng still has someone somewhere deep in his heart. It was clear to Donghae that he will never stand a chance. Yet, this little glimmer of hope had to come piercing through his dark clouds at the wrong time. He shook his head, no, it will never be possible between them- and the clench of his heart at the conclusion was unmistakable. He jerked when he felt something cool at the back of his thigh.

“Don’t move,” Hangeng muttered behind him as he wiped the towel over his thighs. “Let me clean you up, it’s dirty.”

Donghae pulled back abruptly at the statement. He winced at the words the other had chosen to use because it hurts. It’s dirty. The words echoed and throbbed deeply in his mind as he stared wide eyed at Hangeng. “It’s not dirty. Just…” Donghae blinked several times before he got out of bed-or at least tried to.

“I say it’s dirty,” Hangeng pulled Donghae against his chest harshly. The younger man gasped in surprise at the sudden movement. “Let me clean you up.” And he swiped the towel with precise strength over the back of the thighs, around to the crotch, and lastly in between the crack of the ass.

Hangeng tucked Donghae neatly into the covers and moved to put the towel to wash. He switched the lights off, “Rest, tomorrow will be a long day.” And he shut the door softly with a soft click.

Donghae brought the covers around him tighter as he lay spooned on his right. He can no longer control the diamond drops anymore.

“Ah, Hangeng!”

Said person turned when a familiar voice called out to him in the sea of crowd.

“Siwon!” He smiled widely as he welcomed his best friend’s embrace. It’s been so long since he felt those strong arms of comfort.

“Thank you for making it to my party.” The younger man grinned as he slung his arm over the other’s shoulders. “Oh, and who might this be?” His eyes twinkled when he smiled at Donghae.

“Let me introduce.” Hangeng put a hand to the small of his back and guided him forward. “This is Donghae, Donghae, this is my best friend from high school, Siwon.”

“Nice to meet you.” Siwon extended his hand which was grabbed in a firm shake by the other as they exchanged smiles.

“Nice to meet you too.” Donghae looked at the charming man. This Siwon guy, who was Hangeng’s friend, was handsome, friendly, and not to mention, filthy rich. Donghae looked around his surroundings, and the people present at the party were without any doubt, respectable people. Yep, he definitely looked like Hangeng’s best friend.

“Alright, I need to attend to my other guests. We’ll chat later okay?”

“Sure, don’t worry about me.” Hangeng gave his best friend one last hug before they parted.

He turned back to Donghae, wanting to say something-but all words were lost when he saw a familiar head of auburn locks which were no longer short. It falls gloriously over the shoulders to rest just below the bust. The sweet smile that greeted him was still the same, only maybe a little more tired. Those eyes still seemed to penetrate right into your soul when you look at them, worn out but still full of vibrant energy.

“Hello Hangeng.”

Donghae knew who the woman was the minute he saw her. He saw the change in Hangeng’s face when he had turned and wanted to say something to the younger man. He should have known something wasn’t right when the other had stiffened up instantly.

“H-hi.”

“It’s been a while.” The charming lady smiled before looking towards Donghae. “Oh, and this is?” Her brows were raised in curiosity.

“Donghae.” He introduced himself and initiated a handshake. Donghae sensed Hangeng’s eyes on him as he talked to the woman. “Nice to meet you.”

“Nice to meet-“

“Honey, the directors want to meet my wife.”

A man just as charming as the lady interrupted their conversation and Donghae hadn’t need to think hard to figure out who the man was.

“Oh?” She glanced back and forth from her husband to the two men before her. “I’m so sorry Geng-“

“Don’t-“ Hangeng paused midsentence before forcing a weak smile. “Go ahead.”

Both husband and wife looked at Hangeng for several moments before excusing themselves. “Thank you Hangeng ssi.” The man smiled at the young heir, his words carried more meaning than just the meaning of the words themselves.

Hangeng gave a tight nod and thinned his lips at the same time before he watched the two retreating back gradually disappear into the huge crowd. He kept his stance even after they were no longer out of sight, a warm hand slid into his bigger one. Hangeng looked down at the connection.

“They’re gone.” Donghae said softly.

Hangeng felt the sting in his eyes before he turned abruptly away, yanking his hand from the grip. “I wasn’t looking at them.” He desperately tried to keep his voice firm and blinked the building tears away, just before Donghae came around him.

“Hangeng-“

“Leave me alone!”

The younger man drew back in shock when Hangeng snapped sharply at him. People around them turned their heads briefly in attention before resuming their activities. Donghae felt his chin wobble at the hard gaze the other was sending him. He was feeling so vulnerable lately that even a single hard glare can make him weep.

He couldn’t even react when Hangeng suddenly grabbed his wrist and pulled him along. Passing by people as they moved across the huge space where the party was held, Hangeng didn’t even stop when Siwon tried to grab his shoulder. “I’ll call you again Siwon.”

Donghae was shoved into the passenger seat and still, he wasn’t recovering from the sudden outburst. Tears started pouring down his cheeks and yet, there was still no response from the other man. Hangeng fastened his seatbelt as he stared straight ahead, not even bothering to check on the younger man. The engine roared to life and he sped off, gripping the wheel hard as he drove.

“Take off your clothes.”

Hangeng commanded as soon as he slammed the door shut. He hadn’t struggle much getting Donghae into the house so he wasn’t expecting any difficulty in having the other do as he says. He removed his outer coat and tugged on his tie-stopping mid-action when Donghae just stood motionless looking at the floor.

“I said take off your-“

“No.”
