Misc.:
Summer grew up living in the servant's guest house on Courtknee's parent's huge estate. Her mother was Courtknee's nanny, so the two grew up together. Never knew her father, he abandoned her mother shortly after her birth. At the age of fourteen, Summer was witness to Courtknee being kidnapped, has had anxiety attacks ever since. Thankfully, her best friend was returned several days later, safe and sound, and the kidnapper's were captured. She and Court testified against them in the case and they were sentenced for twenty five years. The Greene's paid for her to attend the same private high school with Courtknee, graduated in the top percent of her class. The two moved to Colorado to go to college and used to be roommates.
John Sheppard is her 'God-brother', he was her first love. Even though there was a rather substantial age difference, the two began to carry on romantically when she was fourteen and he was twenty-two. It was an on again off again relationship for ten years. She gave him an ultimatum, they went to Vegas to get married and he panicked and left her standing at the alter alone. Remarkably they're still close friends, though the relationship left her quite insecure about love.
Was recruited to join the staff at the SGC in 1996 when then Colonel Jack O'Neill came into the physical therapy clinic she was employed after a serious non-duty related injury that he wanted to keep secret from General Hammond. Got him to recruit Courtknee as well.
Had a huge crush on Dr. Daniel Jackson, pined away for him for several years. Finally worked up the courage to ask him out two days prior to the mission to Kelowna. He accepted, and planned to go out upon his return from that mission. He was exposed to lethal radiation in an accident related to the Kelownan Government's Naquadria project. Saw Jonas Quinn upon his arrival with the Naquadria when on her way to try and see Daniel, felt a little guilt at the instant attraction.
Literally ran into Jonas in the hallway of the SGC on the night of Daniel's wake, tried very hard for months to fight her attraction. After the Prometheus incident, she admitted her feelings for him, not wanting to waste time and lose the chance to see if he could ever feel the same for her she finally admitted how she felt to him, and asked him to go out. Fell madly in love with him, and was heart broken when he chose to return to Kelowna. She was pregnant at the time and hadn't told him about it, the only ones who knew about the baby were Courtknee and Dr. Fraiser. The baby, a boy Connor Nathaniel Quinn, was miscarried in the first month of the second trimester. Jonas returned within a year, and they got engaged right away. Got married September 2004, at least they thought they did. Due to a paperwork error, the marriage wasn't legal, they got married again, this time legal, on January 1, 2005 and are expecting twins, a son Jonathan Corin Brendan Michael Quinn, and a daughter Madison Elizabeth Emma Grace Quinn in June 2005.
