Random oddness for Friday
I've developed an allergy to one of the filler ingrediants in Neosporin. I get a really itchy red rash all around the cut I've applied it to. So, I've switched to using iodine. It stings a bit more, but I don't react to it and it does a really good job of healing my wounds. It smells really aweful and if I inhale at an inoppertune moment whilst ( Read more... ) -
Interesting Friday morning occurence
My alarm didn't go off this am so instead of getting up at between 6:45 and 7:00 like I normally do, I didn't wake up until 7:40. I hurried, got ready and left for work. Just when I thought things were getting back to normal ...
My truck's battery died today at lunch. Luckily, I was able to borrow my mom's car so that I could get back to work. I talked to my cousin and he said he would pick me up one from his work tomorrow so that we can install it tomorrow night. Perhaps my Green and Gold has turned a little Blue and Red after Sunday's Game ...
I am a diehard sports fan, especially when it comes to football. I try to schedule everything around the games I want to watch and try not to make plans on Sundays during football season. Pleased as Punch!
I went to the Whidbey Highland Games this weekend and got two Sixths!!! I'm very happy with the results. I was in a 16 and over class and the oldest dancer by at least 8 years! I placed in my Scottish Lilt and Blue Bonnets, two of my fav dances. I originally got a cheque for $10, but I talked with the game's organizor and I ended up trading my ( Read more... ) -
