It sounds like the church ladies really took care of your family. How sweet of them.

It's good that you're honoring her memory by living life and having fun. That's such a great way to honor someone's memory.

I'm glad you've had Ryan's support through this. It's such a hard thing to go through, and support is much needed. :)

wow it sounds like the burial and memorial were amazing. i am blown away by the fact that so many people were there for it, but at the same time i'm not...because i know sylvia touched a lot of lives. it sounds like it was a fantastic way to remember and celebrate a life lived to the fullest. i was thinking of you yesterday all day as i knew the funeral was that day but i just didn't know what time.

as for ryan...what a keeper. he is such a good guy to support you through that and not complain once. i think your idea to go see blink is an awesome one! i didn't even know they were touring already after they announced their getting back together! they don't waste any time. ryan will be so excited and thankful for your gift!

My mom sent me a little update email after the funeral and told me all about it. She confessed she cried a bit, especially once she hugged you -- but she said it was a beautiful service and all that. I'm sad I missed out on it, but I'm glad you had Ryan and your family there for support.

I agree, we should be living our lives to the fullest instead of worrying about things all the time. We've got a lot going for us, and I think it wouldn't hurt to enjoy it a little more. :)
