Do you know how good spinach salad with sliced mushrooms and hardboiled eggs is? Do you? Have you tried it, with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil on top, and maybe a scallion or two thrown in? Have you? Because I have, and either I am starved for iron and magnesium or I have died and gone to heaven

My friends used to dread eating in my house :P

Dad is a food lover and likes us to prepare dishes form all around the world, especially asia. My friends just stared at their plates, to scared to eat.

it's okay, it makes you seem twice as excited to see me! I'm around this week and next, but then clarabr is coming to visit and we might take off for a few days, seeing if we can swing a trip to san pedro de atacama. Then back to stgo for a few days, and she leaves the following weekend.

let me know when you are finally free, and then we can make plans!
