thanks! I hope the kindergarten saga is resolved soon. I do so enjoy the kindergarten chronicles. It's a page turner. But I'm sure it's exhausting on your end!!!

Haha! Thanks! In just over three weeks school begins so I guess it will all be over soon, just not quite soon enough.

#1 beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. but why did you go in the dead of winter?

#2 i am proud to inform you that pressure cooking beans is my one and only culinary skill. i hear they have new-fangled pots now that don't have a jiggly weight on top and can't explode. what's the fun of that?

#3 no microphone yet for a skype call. i had my surgery and it went well. but i haven't felt up to hobbling around best buy yet. but i will soon!

you got your ankle rewired? Yay health insurance! Yay rewired ankle and reattached cartilage. I assume that's what you're talking about. Freaking buses and tripping and such. What a nice momento of Santiago.

I had a travelmate now, so I went in winter. v. cold. V, v cold. My next big trip in chile should be pucón, villarica, Easter Island or Laguna San Rafael...

Thanks for commenting!

well, it's an idea. It's not that expensive to go.... if you have a U.S. Bank account, and if you are already in Chile. But it's very expensive for Chileans, that's for sure! I don't think my mom would be interested, so I have to look for another foolish soul... Any takers?
