I won't argue that we are at peace, but if you had a clear picture of what going on with the Transantiago, your opinion might be swayed somewhat. I owe you a blog entry on this so you can see what people are dealing with.

Yes, Transantiago is beyond awful. But the revolutionary spirit thing is getting a little bit too old. Right now it's just an excuse for unpunished violence

absolutely. But my point is that it's cumulative, and the more frustrated people get about one thing, the more aggro they get about everything else. It is a terrible excuse for senseless destruction.
