I loved this. You write the characters very well and their dialogue is spot-on, imo.

That was lovely. Sweet, with realistic and fair characterization.

I really like this passage:
So she understands when he pulls her against his chest and lowers his head to the curve of her shoulder. She understands his need to press his mouth to her flesh and nip gently. But when he nuzzles her neck and kisses that spot just beneath her ear, her anger returns with a vengeance and she pushes away from him. ...It feels right, for how much they love and get each other, even when annoyed, without the problem being magically smoothed over so quickly.

Their dynamic is so complex and interesting, and I think one of my favourite things about this series is we get a million and one ways to play around with that. I'm glad you liked this one :) Thank you.
