This was a lovely slice-of-life fic, and I loved Scott's attempts to control the chaos with Appropriate Forward Planning. Jean's help at the end was a great tension breaker.
Oh, this is perfect! I love this peek inside an ordinary week for Scott, that turns out to be quite extraordinary. It's so beautifully constructed, too - all these little vignettes contributing to the overall story.

Hee - Pietro, you asshole! It makes so much sense! I love these little touches like putting Pietro into the Brotherhood - they flesh out the world around Scott so beautifully, gives me such a clear picture of Scott doing his job.
And it was a battle he lost the moment her lips touched his neck.
Oh, that's lovely. *sighs* It's wonderful to see them so happy, and Scott so helpless to resist her.

I love seeing Scott and Jean happy too. Makes me warm on the inside (but not fuzzy. I've never understood feeling "warm and fuzzy" on the inside. Reminds me of roadkill). I'm glad you share a love for fearless and his first lady.
