"Scott?"
"Yes, Jean."
"To you, they're all redheads."
'
This is adorable, there's no other way to describe it.
'"I'm not interested in your soft spots."'
Oh, Jean certainly has a wicked sense of humor.
I'm glad that you let them discuss having children, whether or not Scott could be a good parent, and the whole situation for mutants and their possible offsprings, that's what I imagine I would want to talk about if I were in their shoes.
Scott and Jean should have kids, they would be great parents.

I really like their banter, and the sexiness of this, plus the way you handle colors in the description.
Awesome job!

I like the quiet domestic moment that you captured here, and I like the way that they had such a serious discussion so randomly. I especially liked Jean reading his thoughts, and then backing off and letting him keep his private doubts without constant interference.
Thanks. :D

I always find that, between people who are reasonable close, serious discussions can pop up anywhere and anytime. And it'll always have that thread of wry humour and melancholy that life brings to everything.
Glad you liked it!
