so i havent "really" updated in awhile, mostly because iv just been really busy with school and stuff. im really worried about my arm/sholder/hand deal. for those of u who dont know after i swim about 3000 to 4000 yards my hand turns purple as a result of something not working n my sholder and so i get out of the pool ice my sholder and about
