three more brainteasers
I'm going camping from tomorrow to the day after, so I thought I'd leave you something to ponder. Don't look at the comments if at all possible. Try to figure these out for yourselves, and leave a comment with your answers. Same goes for the previous post. I'll post the answers when I get back.

if 3 doesn't say anything that means 2 1 have to be WW or BW (or WB)
if 2 doesn't say anything after noticing 3 doesn't say anything, then he looks at 1 and if 1 is black he would know he (2) was white, so 1 cannot be black or else 2 would have guessed his own
and 1 realizes this when the others do not say anything so he knows he's got a white feather

So there’s this evil dictator on an island and he has 100 slaves. He sets up this game with the slaves where they will all line up in a single file line such that each person can only see the people in front of him (person in back can see everyone else, while person in front can’t see anyone). Each person is blindfolded and either a red or blue hat is placed on their head, then the blindfold is removed. If they guess their own hat color, they live, otherwise they die. The whole thing starts from the back and moves up one by one.
They are allowed to meet beforehand to come up with a plan to save as many people as possible, but they cannot say anything or do anything at all when they are lined up. They have to stand there and when it comes their turn, they can only say “blue” or “red”. How many people can be saved?
