Yeah, it's weird that I've been seeing a whole lot of random people recently in the weirdest places. It's really nice though, especially considering that many of them will be leaving for different places soon and encounters such as these may become next to impossible.

It can be cheap and meaningless, but it doesn't have to be. That's why I added a question mark at the end. There's a lot of pointless drunken hookups though. What I was trying to convey is that when we were little, kissing seemed to be this exotic and mysterious deal. And now there's "no mystery left", you know? I like kissing a lot (who doesn't), but it's not like we gossip about how Johnny kissed Katie last night. We gossip about how Johnny did Katie last night. I like what you're saying with that brief question. That's a good outlook on it. I guess kissing is as cheap and meaningless as you make it to be. And thus, the logical progression is that sex is as cheap and meaningless as you make it to be.
