I got my iPhone in July of 2008, today is the day you were supposed to be able to start sending pictures with your text messages. I rarely if ever use my text messaging and when I do, it's to text back and forth with my daughter. For some reason, the iPhone doesn't do picture texts. I don't know why, but when I tried to send my friend Christine (who has one) a picture of our new Jeep, it didn't go through. You have to email it, which sucks and is totally stupid. :(

It works now!! You need to hook your phone up to the computer and get an iTunes update, shut down your phone, turn it back on and it should work.
