Clothing/Appearance:
The diadem is always on. If it's not, you better run for your life.
Goku pretty much wears what he's been wearing on the journey - cut off jeans, a shirt, and then that tunic thing over it with the the cape. Sometimes he'll wear the few clothes he's actually grabbed from camp - just jeans and an oversized T-shirt, a jacket. Usually when it's really cold out he'll put those on instead.
Also, he's short and kind of gangly. He's growing, so he's at that awkward phase where everything's growing out. His hair is short and messy, he doesn't really bother with combing it because a hand through it will do its job. He's not very neat about his appearance, but never messy either, kind of a comfortable middle of Boy-ness.
Habits/Mannerisms/Body Language:
Goku has a very open presence about him - hands behind his head if he's standing around casually, gesturing if he gets excited. He's very approachable like that. The only times he crosses his arms is if he's thinking, and even then it's rare. There are very, very few times he closes up.
If Goku's around someone he knows, he'll stand fairly close. Personal bubbles mean nothing to Goku, but he'll never invade them; he's very comfortable just standing close, and will back off a bit if someone's uncomfortable. He stands noticably closer to the ikkou and especially Sanzo, and will tend to gravitate a bit in their direction if they're around. If it's someone else he doesn't like, or he's wary, he will put distance between them. His openness doesn't change, but he will tense up and be on guard.
As for initiating contact, he . . . doesn't, very often. It's not that he's uncomfortable about it, but the ikkou really aren't the touchy-feely kind. The only person he fights with regularly is Gojyo, and that's about the only time you'll really see Goku initiate anything that's violent. When OTHER people initiate it, he's a bit awkward about it, but won't really push anyone away. If it's a girl, he'll blush a little in that awkward "OH HEY I DO HAVE HORMONES" way, but again . . . won't really push away.

The Dead Hut and Sanzo's Bed.
Typical Daily Routine:
Goku wakes up around the same time Sanzo does, whether he's sleeping with him or not. IT IS INGRAINED IN HIM TO WAKE UP EARLY. Then he'll either go to the mess hall with Sanzo or without and eat breakfast.
After that, he'll go to the store and visit with Ari, or head back to the Dead Hut to see what the other ikkou are doing. Then he'll bum around for a while, wander around camp to see what's going on until lunch, where he'll gravitate back to the mess hall.
Of note: At this point, he doesn't look for Sanzo. If he happens to run into him, however, then he'll be with him for the rest of the day unless they fight or something. But otherwise, he's by himself, or with Hakkai or Gojyo or Ari.
At night, he generally heads back to the Dead Hut, even if he's been with Sanzo. Then if he feels like bedninjaing, he'll wait until he's sure everyone's asleep before heading over to Sanzo's cabin.
Favorite Haunts:
Goku can always be found at the mess hall during mealtimes, The Dead Hut, or Ari's store. If he's wandering around, he generally stays in Camp Proper.
The two places he DOESN'T hang out is near the labs or by Sanzo's cabin. He avoids both places, the labs moreso .
Does he make his own bed?:
When he remembers to! Or when Hakkai reminds him to. If he's staying with Sanzo he doesn't bother.
