Pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving

-turkey breasts, flattened (BY MEAT TENDERIZER HAMMER) and rolled with stuffing, pecans, and dried cranberries inside

-Sweet potato fries, baked in the oven

-cranberry sauce chutney

-Pumpkin flan, (take that!)

-Probably at least a glass or two of red wine

-Yet more stuffing

I like that this has been Thanksgiving for at least 4 5 years, now.

Way to go.. Happy unconventional Thanksgiving!! We had two Tofurkeys this year. :)
