Techie Help Wanted!

Any idea why I can't get iTunes to work on my computer? Supposedly, I dl'd it, but it won't open. It just sits there. I'm stumped. I'm a computer dummy, so that doesn't help matters

Hi baby, I hope you were able to get the program to work. I don't know too much about it, or I could help you out with it. My niece is really good with all that iPod stuff. I only know how to listen to hers, once she's put her songs on there.
