I cannot believe they caught him some 30 years after he retired his serial killing and disappeared. Of course, him sending in letters to the press probably was him wanting to get caught. I am not a proponent of the death penalty, especially in this sick fucks case. I think we should find a nice old retired Nazi dungeon master to keep this guy alive

They can't kill him. The death penalty cannot apply to deaths before 1996, when it was reinstated in Kansas.
