After hearing one tale after another about your old place, this makes me so happy. You're going to be so much more comfortable in your own space. And it's not just your own place but property too--how exciting!!!! I'm so happy for you both.

Let me know when you guys get settled enough to start thinking about either hosting or heading out here for a game. I know the urge to feel settled before you start bouncing around, but I do miss you.

Also, think housewarming.... ;-)
