This is so completely wonderful, I just love... All of it.

Hermione isn't a sappy little love-sick puppy. She's also not made of glass and I love how strong she is.

And BILL! Oh Bill! Polar opposites inhabiting the same person. With growly sexy Bill and polite respectful Bill!

There is a great combination of emotions and scenes here and in short it's pretty damn perfect.

I love this Hermione - she knows what she wants, but she's not willing to go all romance novel head-over-heels for him. I especially love that Bill wasn't the lover he obviously thinks he is. *g* I really like it when things aren't perfect between couples, and I really think you nailed it.
