As per most Saturdays, today I spent the afteroon going to Tim Hortons, reading, visiting a shopping centre (Wal mart) and catching up on a few groceries. There must have been a bitch drug in the air today because everyone was rude to me

So it's now only my cousins and my family. maybe an aunt or uncle. We host it at our house and everyone else usually has somewhere else to go. But there's no stress, no tension. Just us having an amazing time.
It can't work for everyone. There's always some relative who will be upset by not being invited so you'd have to (...though I could tell you about parts of my family but not on LJ...), it works better than it has in the past.
You're not a bad person at all Merle!

I'm glad you've found a way to make Passover enjoyable. It used to be, but now it less and less due to people being downers.
