Well, here it is almost mid-August, and school is beginning to beckon to me. I’m going back early this year you see, earlier than I did last year even. This year I am going to be an Orientation Mentor, which is not that cool of a name. I get to help the freshman get adjusted to life at

I read this post when you first posted it, but was rushing off to do something so did not comment. But will comment now. Yes.

Question: Do they show tennis games at the sports bar? I remember watching the... some US tournament on tv in Vegas. I don't think it was the US open, but I suppose it could have been. I have no concept of the order of the tournaments. Just that Wimbledon is over. :P

Someone else on my flist mentioned Robert Jordan recently. I thought of you and your book-readingness. I should read books but for some reason nothing catches my attention lately. Am feeling kind of meh in general. But will get out of it. I think it's just a summer creativity slump or something. Need a change in setting and that will come with the weekend. Am meeting up with kessie in Cork and she'll help me find places for shopping and such. I'm excited to know someone there. Well, "know". It'll be cool.
