i had no idea the club was that big either! back in the day i thought it was just like, ten kids... maybe... i feel pleased! they can totally take on these failers. i want to know what they've been up to lately that's gotten them so high-profile on this site's watchlist, though. :O

I was actually there to start what became that club at DMHS. It was my idea, not to act all superior and relevant. If I hadn't started it, it would have been started eventually.

I've known about Fred Phelps for some time. I hate the man and everything he stands for on so many counts, not only being a humanist, but an outspoken atheist. If I could have been there to counter-protest I would. The man is a raving lunatic and people need to see that he is a narrow-minded minority wherever he goes. It is his lot that make me proud to be an atheist.
