anytime honeybro

BUT SERIOUSLY that was really really good. i think it was a very realistic portrayal of what adrian couldve been feeling at the time, because idk, mostly when you think about that kind of fic you expect ff.net fanfiction of CRAWLING IN MY SKIN LIFE IS SO HARD I'LL JUST GO AHEAD AND DIE THEN, but this showed it in a very complex and believable way -- not having anything to live for anymore, but still being scared of dying. and all the delusional parts, especially adrian CALLING CELESTE ON THE PHONE OH MY GOD, were really well done and ridiculously effective, a lot more than what i expected because again, this is the sort of genre you'd think would just go like AND THEN SHE CRIED BECAUSE CELESTE WASN'T THERE ANYMORE AND CRIED SOME MORE AND IT WAS AWFUL YOU GUYS. i really like how it felt completely true to adrian throughout the whole thing, her disgust at matt, her selfishness combined with being convinced that it's really all just for celeste's own good, the way she tidied her house up before hanging herself ( ... )

W-Wah.

This is just lovely, if disjointed, and and... MAY I JUST SAY I'M GLAD SOMEONE DID IT A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN ME.

*goes to hide in the corner*

Thank you...

Does it get my undying admiration (and obvious timidity) across?

I thought it more a sense of “Oh god, what did I just read,” but I'm happy to take your explanation!

From Final Fantasy to Phoenix Write...Damn I love you so much right now...!

I liked the mental image of Adrian with a Ponytail that screamed business woman...And I loved how Adrian came to the conclusion of avenging Celeste's death when her suicide didn't work...I just loved how that fit in so perfectly! It makes so much sense...!

Ah, I love reading your works....I hope to see some more Phoenix Write works, or rather, anything soon! I love how you write...!

Thank you so much, anon! ♥ And there are definitely some more PW works on the way - mostly overly indulgent shippy fics, as opposed to me making Adrian's life terrible, but there you have it. I'm really glad you liked this.

Never played the game myself but I can totally imagine Adrian thinks and behaves the way you portrayed her to be. Took me awhile to finish reading this one, the story was dark, disjointed, creepy and surreal at times.
That was a big change of pace from your previous work. I don't know how you manage to write this and not have your happiness sucked away lol! Having said that, always enjoy reading your work and hope you're writing a happier one after this. (seriously, I don't know how it can get more depressing than this but anyways...)

Haha, writing this was pretty brain-breaking! I am definitely working on something happier to make up for this - probably a collection of domestic-fluff drabbles. And porn, knowing my track record.
