Hi. I feel as though some people may enjoy knowing this...but you can probably tell that I don't enjoy too much attention by the fact that this happened Friday night
( Read more... )
Aw wow Meredith! I wish you had told me this morning! Here I am babbling about this random German spammer who hates Turkish people, and there are much more important happy things to be discussing. Anyway... I'm really happy for you, hon :) That's so sweet, and it's great that you have already found the one you love. How is your family reacting? Wow... wow... we need to get some Starbucks and do some catching up, I want to hear about everything *grin*
Well, now I'm the one babbling. You keep me informed of the goings-on with you and the mister. Love ya Mer-bear :D
The anti-Turkish German spammer *is* very important! I got 14 more emails just between last night and this morning...
The thing that most people end up "freaking" out about is that I proposed to him and so now he has a ring too. My mother says I was "unorthodox." Nana said "well, I knew you told me you were serious about him and might be doing this." My father hasn't said a peep about it. *His* family seems to be doing the excited thing, which is cool. When I say his family, I mean the sane ones that are in the state.
He started a new job yesterday (don't know if I told you that or not) with benefits, future, and paid vacation. The first day seemed to go really well, which is a yay. It was really what made me decide to go forward with the ring that I've had since Dec. I wanted him to have a full-time job with a definite foreseeable future.
