My new friend moon_happy posted a chocolate-cake-in-a-coffee-mug recipe that I've been seeing around the internet. Since she included a nice step-by-step set of instructions with it, I decided to try it out.
So I did! I substituted about 1T of Nesquik strawberry powder cuz I'm allergic to chocolate. I'm amazed it didn't spill over, too! And don't understood how it rose without a leavening agent. But! It worked and was good! WEIRD!!!
