Shooting stars or falling stars?

There does seem to be a difference. It would be best, of course, if we could ask them personally...does it take very much from them to grant the wishes made on them? Is it easier for one or the other...hmm.

It depends on which stars you ask, I think, but for the most part, I would guess yes more often than no.

Even the most similar entities often have some differences~
