Ok, here's the deal. I was on HeroMachine.com. HeroMachine is this awesome online programie thingy. It lets you create your own super heroes, and you can pick from all these items to make your super hero look cool, or goofy. Anyway! I wanted to save my hero, get the url and post the picture of my hero right here on Livejournal. There's this little

did you use the quotations around the URL?

Should be something like (read along the left side):

< ...then no space
img ...then a space
src ...then no space
= ...then no space
" ...then no space
Copy and paste code
" ...then no space
> ...then no space.

Um but also the code doesn't have an ending, it just kind of stops, but if it's a picture it should have a .gif or .jpg, etc. ending.

That sounded geeky in the extreme. I apologize.
