Any superhero that waits until he is magically given powers to fight is not a superhero. Only one that fights with nothing more than his strength, wits, and gadgets is the number one.

by this blashphemous comment you are suggesting that Batman wanted to a superhero, he never wanted to be a hero but he wasted time for so many years until he was in his 30's to decide he wanted to fight crime. Spider-Man has a quicker mind and for that part quicker senses that Batman. Also I am not sure if you know but superheroes are supposed to have SUPERPOWERS. For if he does not je is just simply a hero, there is nothing super about Batman.
