Whew! Another day of Special Ed, trying to literally kidnap children to come have classes with me! Holy crikeys! I called the Spec. Ed. teacher I was in for today and tomorrow at lunch today to check on something, and she informed me that she's going to be out for the rest of the week! Well, I had a day in Elementary Special Ed today. I have to say, I'm really enjoying the days I've been getting in non-categorical Spec. Ed. It's really great to see that side of it, see all the programs that are done; and plus, the groups are so small, and having the time to work one-on-one is so rewarding and enjoyable. Freakin' A! My day in Gr.5 French went FANTASTICALLY. The class was great, really nice, did all their work, which is always a treat! Plus, the teacher had planned for them to do independent work all day (which they actually did!), and they had an hour of gym/music in the pm. I love sweet days like that.
