It's frustrating that conservative Christian types will not acknowledge that their children know about sex and have sex. I think more important than giving out free condoms is getting kids educated so they can make informed decisions of their own. Drifting a little to the religious side of things... how many Christian girls to you know who have gotten pregnant before they're married? They're too scared to ask about birth control and they've been kept in the dark about bodily functions so they end up with a baby at 16, 17, 18 what have you.

People need to be told that their bodies aren't shameful things and they need to know how to use them responsibly.

that percentage is not out of the entire school or anything. maybe it was by chance it was that high among the seniors here...or that it was higher in the people that chose to give blood. regardless, any number like that scares the shit out of me.
