went to a crab/shrimp feed last night..............I never knew I could eat so much of it before. I was a happy girl. :o) I lost 6 lbs last week. didn't feel like I had that big of a lose but it was nice. Now if I can just stay on track things will be good. Today is such a wonderful day!! I feel so much better. We figured out that the new allergy meds that they gave me made me feel so emotional and icky. I have been off of them for 2 days and feel super. I have also started the new WW plan last week and have been eating more healthy, natural foods. My cravings for sweets has gone down.
