turkey woes
I went to cook a turkey this morning, and I couldn't find the roasting pan. My uncle had moved it out of the cabinet it had been in for years, and put it on top of the other cabinets next to the dehydrator. What's been going on lately
I'm going to try another turkey when it's thawed. I've been reading a lot of fanfiction, and I really enjoyed Throughanamberfocus' latest story, "That which one cannot be without". I just started using Artisan bread in five minutes a day to bake bread. It's really good. You make the dough, and it keeps 2 weeks in the refrigerator. The main recipe is available on the Mother Earth News website. -

cellphones in church
Today at Mass, the priest was just finishing the part of the Palm Sunday liturgy describing the Crucifixion, when in the silence afterwards, someone's phone went off, with a piece of music I for some reason associate with race tracks. It was certainly a mood breaker. It kept going for a couple of minutes. -
