A/N: Please anticipate Part Two! I didn't realise Part One was so short.
He was huddled up in the corner of the bedroom, arms wrapped around propped up knees, chin resting lightly on his kneecaps. His moist and lost yet concentrated eyes were staring out into space. A few strands of hair were covering his otherwise intense eyes, blinking back tears. He was dripping wet, having just come in from the thunderstorm outside, clothes clinging frantically to his fragile body. It was a few moments before he noticed me leaning against the doorway, mesmerised by his appearance. His look was less than welcoming.
“Go away, Heechul. I’m not in the mood for your teasing and games.” His words were soft but forceful, almost hissing at me, so angrily that I almost felt remorseful that I had hurt him. Almost. I swept a few stray hairs carelessly away from my face and replied just as quietly as he did. I closed my eyes. “You deserved it, Sungie. You deserve every single ounce of pain you are feeling right now.” I opened my brown eyes. They flashed angrily at him, daring him to retaliate. But he just sat huddled in his corner; cornered and defenceless, still staring. I started to get bored of his pitiful sight, so I left the room, leaving the door closed so no one would see him and comfort him.
I had torn down his wall of protection. Believe me, it took some time, but I finally did it. He trusted me with everything he had and I made sure he realised what a mistake that was. He needed to pay for what he did because no one hurts my Sungmin and gets away with it.
