So I really should update everyone on what's been going on here, but I honestly just don't have that kind of energy or time. Let's just leave it with a short version for now.........
Everyone is fine, school has resumed, life is back to normal, Dr is no longer threatening me with hospitalization, though he is threatening me with daily insulin shots ( Read more... ) -
For those of you wondering how we are doing in the great ice storm
Well as most of you might now we (midwest) got slammed with a horrific ice storm. It moved in very early Sunday morning, at 4:30 am we lost power, we tried to wait it out but by 11:30 we had to get a hotel room temperatures were dropping and fast and they were predicting it would take a minimum of 48 hours to get power back on. The great American Grump Out
Well today I happened to be listening to one of my local Christian Radio Stations and learned today is the Great American Grump Out Day! For 24 hours Americans are to live without being grumpy, rude, or crabby. I have decided I'm going to do my darndest to do this. Evolution vs Religion debate in KS Schools (AGAIN)
I'm curious to see where everyone stands on this issue. While I personally do not support the evolution theory, I do believe children should learn about both concepts. You are taught (if you are a church going family) from a very small age what the Bible says on this; however if you don't go to church it's not as widely known. I think equal time ( Read more... ) -
I'm so freaking sick :(
UGGG seriously I feel like I could just die. I called my Dr and explained the symptoms he was like well you should probably come in for tests. Your cough makes me think either Bronchitis or pneumonia. I've been fighting with a cold for the last month and change so I guess I shouldn't be surprised but it still sucks. I'm so sick of moving!!!
We are moving again! N had a guy offer him almost twice what we paid for the house (can you say MORON!!) He said it has sentimental value to him, I Say WHATEVER I DON"T WANT TO MOVE AGAIN! We sign off on the paperwork tonight after much debate. The money we are going to get will help us get a MUCH bigger place which we could use if we do get to ( Read more... ) -
